My basic charges are as follows:-
Charges are made dependent on the work done and the time spent.
The basic rate that I follow is £40 ** per hour.
A full health check from only £59!
For a full windows installation £100 ** (2.5 hours) this includes A full backup of the old drive (Where possible), full updating of all service packs and security fixes from Microsoft, Installation and full updating of various spyware/ adware removal tools and where possible restoration of old data to a place on the drive for easy access. ( If no backup is required then the charge is £80 ** (2 hours)).
All parts and extra (non free) software to be supplied will be charged accordingly.
** Obviously these charges cannot be cast in stone but where possible they will be adhered to. All further charges resulting from unforeseen issues will be notified to the client before any further work is performed.
